As Co-Founder and CEO, Muzammal leads the vision, strategy, and overall direction of Aghaaz. He works to translate the organization’s vision into meaningful initiatives and build a strong foundation for its long-term growth and impact.
He is a Machine Learning Engineer at General Motors, Warren, MI. He completed his masters in computer science at University of Michigan in April 2026 and completed his bachelors in mathematics from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. Muhammad Hassaan Rana
General Secretary, Aghaaz
As General Secretary of Aghaaz, Hassaan is committed to advancing the organization’s mission of making education, opportunity, and human development accessible to all. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Data Science at the University of Debrecen, Hungary, as a Stipendium Hungaricum scholar β an experience that has deepened his appreciation for the transformative power of education and what becomes possible when individuals are given the right support.
In his role at Aghaaz, he coordinates organizational initiatives and helps individuals access educational opportunities, scholarships, financial assistance, and guidance. Having received an international scholarship himself, he holds a firm belief: financial circumstances should never stand in the way of talented, determined individuals pursuing their ambitions.
He believes meaningful change often begins with a single opportunity. Through Aghaaz, he works to create those opportunities for others β empowering individuals with the education, resources, and support they need to build better futures and give back to their communities
